Now we put everything we learned to practice. We take it slow at first and build the chain of motions. Don't be discouraged if this feels odd at first. We remember to think about the parts when building this technique and slowly start to feel the energy transferring to the disc from our lower body. Hone in the technique from 5m or 15ft so you can learn the motions first and make sure every repetition counts.
