Thomas Gilbert is a prominent name in the disc golf scene, known for his throwing distance and solid mental game. Hailing from Canada, Gilbert has been making a name for himself in the disc golf world since 2018, showcasing his talent in both the DGPT and the World Tour. 

 

Thomas was sponsored by Prodigy Discs during seasons 2021-2022 and signed a new contract with Thought Space Discs for the 2023 season, reflecting his growing influence and success in the sport. His calm and friendly nature, combined with his competitive spirit, has made him a beloved figure in the disc golf community and for Pulsea Disc Golf Academy users as well.

 

Since starting his professional journey, Thomas quickly ascended the ranks, achieving some A-tier wins and securing the title of Canadian National Champion in 2022. His approach to the game has earned him respect and admiration from both peers and fans alike.

Thomas is known for throwing the disc very far. His approach is to learn to throw far first and dialing the accuracy next. This mindset has gained his drives great distance and a few Distance Championships as well, latest being from 2023.

 

As of March 2024, he has competed in 206 career events, secured 33 wins.
