If you’ve been playing disc golf for a while and feel like your form “kind of works” but could definitely be better, this course is for you.

Eventually every player reaches a point where they want to fine-tune their form without starting from scratch.

This course is all about those key adjustments: refining your technique, improving your balance, and unlocking smoother, more consistent throws.

Brian Earhart brings decades of experience to these videos. As a touring professional turned full-time disc golf commentator and instructor, Brian has helped hundreds of everyday players from amateur to pro, level up their skills.

His approach is friendly, practical, and based on years of teaching disc golfers how to throw more efficiently without feeling overwhelmed.

In this course, Brian walks you through the essentials of both backhand and forehand technique, highlighting the little things that matter most: cleaner footwork, better timing, and easy adjustments that make your throws feel more “right.” These are details amateur players often overlook that can make everything feel cleaner and easier fast.

Through these videos you’ll learn to recognize what’s holding you back, how to adjust it, and how to build on the skills you already have!

By the end, you’ll feel more confident in your form, more aware of what you’re doing, and more capable of progressing toward your own personal style of throwing.

The fundamentals are often overlooked when we get to a phase where we go to the course day in and day out, and just play.

Disc golf is an easy game to pick up but hard to master, and that is why it is important sometimes to take a step back and look at your form with a magnifying glass. This course is for those who wish to check their base and make sure that the building is on solid ground.

Our instructor, Brian Earhart, will teach you how to upgrade your fundamentals in disc golf throwing techniques, both forehand and backhand. He will go through some key pointers to look for, and after this, you will find that disc golf is actually pretty easy. There is not that much to it.

We can see that backhand has many more of these small details to polish, and forehand, while being a more natural way of moving, also has some principles that are often overlooked. Brian will give you the tools to make that throw simple and accurate by showing you how to correct small mistakes you might have picked up along the way.
